Ingredients for Saga-Muga
1. 4 cups Fresh Moringa leaves
2. One cup Fresh grated coconut
3. 1/2 cup Whole green Mung/Moong
4. A Small Onion
5. 4 Red Chili
6. Cloves- 8 Garlic
7. small tsp Sugar
8. Little tsp Refined Oil
9. salt per taste

How to cook Saga-Muga
  1. Soak mung beans for a minimum of 2 hours. Cook in 1/2 cup of water till they're soft and almost done. Add Moringa leaves thereto .sprinkle sugar on top and cook for five minutes. The water must have evaporated.
  2.  In another pan heat oil. Add sliced onion and saute till they're brown.
  3. Add crushed red chili and crushed garlic thereto. Saute for a moment. Add Moringa & mung thereto. Add salt and cook for two minutes at medium flame.
  4. Consequently, add fresh coconut and cook for an additional 2 minutes at slow flame. It's to serve
